Isn't it vitamin B6 that tends to decrease milk supply? If so, then what about the 25mg of B6 that is in my prenatal vitamins daily dose? Is this too much? Thanks, Sandra in Michigan

Sandra, this was discussed awhile ago and as long as you aren't taking more than 50mg it is fine. They recommend that much for Renaults (sp) syndrome so it is safe.
