I have made one ounce yesterday! My question is: I'm using the medium speed and medium strength on the dials. For this next upcoming week, should I stay the course or should I increase? Thanks! Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
