Okay so here is my situation...I have been on the regular protocol for 6 weeks now. I have drops already, which is exciting but I am spotting all the time (have the wear a liner almost everyday). Since I have started the birth control pills I still had my period (light but there) 2 weeks ago for 4 days and yesterday started spotting a lot again...am I doing something wrong?

Are you taking the bcp's continuously (no inactive pills)? The spotting can be normal, but you shouldn't have a period.

Having a period in the first month wouldn't be abnormal but after that you shouldn't have one. Some women do spot or have break through bleeding throughout their time on the bcps

I spotted continually until I went off the bcp and started pumping. It drove me CRAZY but I would say yes, it is normal for some people. Good luck!
