I have been taking Goat's Rue, Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek for about 3 weeks now and have begun to develop severe diarrhea with horrible gas pains and cramping. The only thing it could be is one of these herbs. I have ruled everything else out. Would anyone know which would be the most plausible? I have stopped all of them and these symptoms have stopped. I don't want my milk supply to dwindle so I really need some help here. Thanks in advance.

The only way to know for sure is to take one of these herbs at a time and see which one causes the trouble. Start with the Goat's rue, that may be the likely culprit.

Thanks Lenore. I have a feeling it's the Goat's Rue as well and I will start with that. I pray it's not the Fenugreek. You are always there for us and for that I truly appreciate it.
