I remember reading somewhere not to use domperidone during pregnancy. I read this on the following website with Dr. Jack Newman:
http://www.breastfeedingmums.com/dr_jack_newman_slow_weight_gain.htm"Sometimes domperidone will increase the milk supply significantly. Do not use it if you are pregnant, however (Handout 19a: Domperidone-1 and Handout 19b: Domperidone-2)."
Also, a note from the manufacturer of Domperidone:
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Certain medicines should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, other medicines may be safely used in pregnancy or breastfeeding providing the benefits to the mother outweigh the risks to the unborn baby. Always inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, before using any medicine.
The safety of this medicine during pregnancy has not been established. The manufacturer therefore advises that it should be avoided during pregnancy. Seek medical advice from your doctor.
This medicine passes into breast milk in small amounts. Seek medical advice from your doctor before breastfeeding.
