(probably longer) I have heard from some sources the Yasmin is the best to take and from other sources that the Ortho 1/35 yields the best "supply" results for the regular protocol. Yasmin is a good alternative but as with any medication, it's important to check with your doctor first so that you can be monitored and educate at the same time.
