I have spoken to someone who is taking 120mg dom per day. The maximum in the protocol is 80. Has anyone heard of this? Has anyone tried this?

Hi Suzanne,
The maximum dose we recommend is 90 mg per day. That's 30 mg 3 times per day. But please start out with 10 mg 4 times per day for the first week and then increase to 20 mg 4 times per day. After two weeks, get back to me with your results and we'll see if you need to adjust. And please be sure to discuss all of this with your doctor.
Best,

Welcome Tia! You are not butting in. We have all breastfed babies we didn't give birth to. I say it that way because some are adopted and some are from surrogacy. If you go to the Home page there is a lot of info there to start you on your journey. You posted in this forum which is medically induced lactation. So if you are open to using some meds to bring in your supply then I would suggest reading the Newman Goldfarb protocol. You can find that on the main index just click on it and it will take you there. Any and all questions are welcome here. That is what we are here for. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Doesn't Kerri have polycistic ovarian disease? If so, she produced a full supply. Check out her posts.
