Hi everyone! I'm Shana, and we're expecting boy/boy twins in about 6 weeks with a gestational surrogate. I've been on the protocols with yasmin and dom, and am reading to go off and start pumping in a few days. Can I please have a recommendation for which pump to get? My insurance will be covering any purchase/rental so cost is not really an issue. I just want whatever will work the absolute best! I nursed my son (whom I carried) for a year so i'm hopeful of a decent supply for the twins!
Thanks for any advice you can provide. I want to try and rent/buy tomorrow and start pumping by the weekend!

The limerick is the pump Nona and Lenore used and recommend. I will get you the info on how to order it.

Shana here is the email for ordering the Limerick [email protected]
Also I spoke with Lenore since your insurance is paying for the purchase to see if there was another recommendation. She said if you can, get the Medela Symphony. If not then go with the Limerick.
Hope that helps you.

thanks so much for the advice! So Laurie, Lenore recommended the symphony over the limerick?

If you are not having to pay for it and your insurance will reimburse for the purchaseof the Symphony then she suggests getting that one. But for those of us who have to pay ourselves the Limerick is the best affordable option.
