I have been on the accelerated protocol and am pumping now. I have added the herbs, continued on the Dom and wondering if it is okay to add Goat's rue?

Goats Rue is good for development of the milk making apparatus and is used mostly for women who cannot do the bcp. While it won't hurt your supply it isn't that essential for you and would be an added expense without much benefit. I wouldn't add it to the regime if it were me.

IF your not getting much milk.. and you have been pumping awhile..you might need more breast development.. I would then add toe goats rue.. or you can always go back on the protocol for a bit longer
Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk

What is "toe" goat's rue? I am using goat's rue but what is the difference between the two?

That is a typo kim she meant "the" goats rue.
