Thanks. I just started the herbs Monday so it will be interesting to see how that helps. I'm up to 3 ounces a day right now.

Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk smile

Thanks ladies! I'm so afraid to cap out. But so far so good. I'm up to 3.5-4 ounces per day now. I seem to pump a LOT more (close to an ounce) when I get up at 3:00 (or any time between 1 and 5 am) and the same amount when I get up around 7-8. So the majority of my milk is pumped in those 2 sessions. After 3 pumps today I had 2.5 ounces. it slows down in the afternoon.
