Hi All!

Well, my Ben is doing really great! We figured out our trouble with the Lact Aid and now use it like a couple of pros!

He is growing well and I got a wonderful " AttaGirl" from my pedatrician for inducing lactation for Ben.

With all my pumping and and freezing, little Ben will have been exclusively breadtfed for 1 month. After that ( five days away) I will introduce formula to the Lact Aid. I will pump a bit to thin out the formula. And I will breastfeed him first before I gve him the LA.

It turns out that this little guy LOVES to breast feed....for comfort and for what he gets out himself. It is our shared joy and I am so incredibly grateful to everyone here for the support ( and referral, Thanks DAWN!) and encouragement.

I will keep Ben at the breast for as long as he wants it. He has bottles from time to time now. Maybe two a day....but it hasn't created any problems with him not wanting the breast. Daddy does the 2 am feed while I sleep....so they can talk about guy stuff.

I am sop happy. There are no more holes in my heart.

Thanks,

Eden
