Hi,

I started my med's today and have taken my first Domperidone this morning and was going to take the provera this morning too?

I cant work out whether evening or morning would be better for taking the provera tablet? Or if it doesn't matter?

Do you take it at the same time of day?

Also do you take the Domperidone the same times of the day or just roughly?

Thank you xx

I used bcps, so they needed to be taken at the same time. I took in the morning, because I could just take it right when I woke up. It was easy for me to remember then. I know if you are experiencing nausea from the provera or bcp's, the evening is better.

I tried to take the domperidone around the same times each day. I did it 4 times a day: first thing in the morning (with bcp), around lunch time, around dinner time and before bed.

I wanted to add, that I tried to take it about 6 hours apart, except for bedtime.
