I'm just beginning protocols for adoptive breastfeeding. We are continuing to try to conceive, so BCP is not for us at this time. I know that Goat's Rue can be helpful in producing milk but also in growing breast tissue.

My question is: What is the recommended daily amount of Goat's Rue for those not yet breastfeeding their child?

I have found several supplement "blends" but am unsure if it has the appropriate concentration of, specifically, Goat's Rue.

Hi Jenna,

I am not sure of the dosage. I tried to find it on the site and was unsuccessful. I would email Lenore directly. Best of luck!
