Hi All,
I am 13 days in on the regular protocol but 3 days I increased my progesterone from 2.5mg to 5mg as I was concerned about bleeding and lack of breast changes. My breast became fuller and sensitive especially my nipples, unfortunately my bleeding became heavier. I was wondering if it is possible to go back to the 2.5mg dose to try to reduce the bleeding, or should I now stay on the 5mg and hope the bleeding stops or gets lighter? I am also concerned as my breasts are no longer as sensitive or as full. Is this fluctuation in breasts normal? Its two weeks tomorrow and I have not gone up a cup, in fact I am still comfortably wearing the same bras as usual.
I hope you can help.
Thank you so much,
Bobbi

I am also wondering if it is worth switching from Provera to a BCP? I have emailed Lenore and am waiting for a reply.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has seen significant breast changes with 5mg or 10mg of progesterone when they haven't at lower doses. I'm taking 2.5 mg of norethindrone daily along with .03 mg ethinyl estradiol. My breasts haven't increased by a cup size, so I'm wondering whether to increase my daily progesterone dose to 5mg or 10 mg. 10mg is the maximum my doctor will let me take.

I'm wondering whether 5mg or 10mg will be more helpful, or if it will actually hurt the process.

I've emailed Lenore but haven't gotten her input on this, so I'm hoping someone else can help. Thanks!
