I induced lactation for my son (17 months now) and am still breast feeding. I have another surrogate baby due in 5 months. My plan is to continue nursing 2x per day to keep my milk supply (was only ever a partial supply). I've dropped my domperidone from 8 pills to 2 per day. Does this make sense? What should I do closer to the baby's due date?

I would add in pumping sessions now and nurse more frequently to increase your supply before the baby comes.
