Hello Everyone,
I contacted a new health food store about herbs and asked the doctor if there was anything I could do to help my milk supply increase and she suggested a couple of things. So I just wanted your input on what she suggested. She said I could try liquid fengureek not the alchol based kind. The doctor said it was more potent and less expensive than the capsules. I also mentioned that some of you were using lecithin and she reccomended I think flax seed, she said it was comparable to the lecithin. Any way what are your thoughts on this?
