I am trying to naturally induce lactation by pumping and taking herbs. I am on my 12th say of pumping and I have noticed that my period has not started yet. I am about 3 days late. I am crampy like I am going to start but I have not started. Is this due to the hormone changes with tryING to induce lactation maybe?
