Re: water JustOneMore #2514 10/16/03 08:19 AM A Anonymous Unregistered Anonymous Unregistered A Hi, Lenore usually says to drink to thirst, 8-10 glasses a day..I found I was very thirsty and would drink more than that...too much water can actually have a detrimental affect on breast milk production!
