Hi,
Some days I find it difficult to get all 4 doses of Dom in. What is the least amount of time I can take it in between doses? After eating how long should I wait to take it ideally? Thanks for any help.

Hi,
I used to take mine 30 minutes before meals...there is some research that states for maximum absorption you can take it 1.5 hours after a meal...some even let it dissolve under their tongue. Take care, Cathy
