Hello, I thought I would document my journey on the protocol this time . I am 30 days today and counting up! I hope to be on it for atleast 3 months this time. In the past I did 30 days and then 30 days again. I am really sore ouchhhh! And my breasts are enlarging again... Like they needed to at all. LOL.
But to recap my past. The most I was ever able to get was 2 ounces. So we are hoping taking it longer without a break will do the trick. We will see

Hi Nona! I've always followed your progress. Being a low responder to the accelerated protocol myself, I was wondering if the extended protocol would give me better results. So I'm very interested in your journal. I hope you'll do very well this time. Hugs, Liche

Go for it, Nona! I am on day 185 of the protocol. Almost stopped a couple of times, recently, but am glad I am still going strong. I hope to stop sometime in January. Unless we get a baby first, of course!
Good Luck!

I messed up! I miss counted. I am 30 days today! I suppose that means it was 3 weeks before . I am the worlds worst at patience ughhh. My breasts really hurt. And I leak. I was pumping 1 ounce a day before I started back on the protocol. They are throbbing pretty bad.. I know thats a good thing. Now if it works for me this time

Nona,
I am jealous...I am on the protocol for 22 days and no breast changes, no leaking, no soreness etc....I am hoping this is going to work for me! Keep up the good work...pretty soon you will be a milk donor as well , helping other moms!
take care,
Cathy

Cathy,
That is what I had always dreamed of doing.. being a donor myself. But it just never worked for me. I am hoping it works well for me this time. I would LOVE to be a donor. Maybe this time it will work....
