Please dont shoot me but I have another question. When I start eating oatmeal will any do. Can I just eat Quaker oatmeal maple and brown sugar. Thats all I like. Is that what you mean by oatmeal. I surely wont have a problem with oatmeal cookies either <img src="http://www.asklenore.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> . thanks again for all your great support.

Just remember that those kinds of oatmeal are higher in calories and sugar than the fix it yourself kinds.
