I plan to get off the hormones on the 21st of June. Is it adviseable to start pumping now while I am still on them?

I have been on the hormones about 60 days now. My breasts have increased one cup size and feel heavier, especially in the middle of the night.

Thanks,
Y.

Pumping while taking estrogen (in the bc pill) won't really do anything. Estrogen suppresses milk flow, so until it's out of your system, you usually won't see much milk.

Also, Lenore has said that pumping or nursing while still on the pill actually works against the breast changes you're building. So start pumping whenever you'd planned to, but stop taking the bc pill before that.
