Our surrogacy has come full circle now. Miss Olivia is 3 weeks old. Still in preemie clothes. A tiny little thing. But breastfed and happy. Here is a pic I took today

Wow Nona, that just makes me smile. What a wonderful feeling you must have to see all of your hard work pay off. She is gorgeous. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

She is a precious bundle, indeed, Nona! You are such a good Mom... what a blessing. Keep up the good work nursing. How is your production doing?

Christina,
Thanks for asking! I have not been the most consistant on breastfeeding only. There has been a few times a day that my daughter gets a bottle and when I nursed her I followed up with a bottle. I haven't used the lact-aid much. I know I need to. But her latch is not good with the unit. Yesterday I only suplimented her 10 ounces in 24 hours. The rest she got from me! Today she has been attached to the breast most of the day... literally. So I am anxious to see if my supply goes up more. I must say I am surprised. I was only pumping 4 ounces a day.

Well, keep up the good work, Nona. I know how tiring everything can be at the begining. Hang in there. You are doing a great job!
