Thanks, Lenore, for that advice. I will go back on the bcp and dom until I hear of a possible adoption placement. Then I'll start pumping. That is good information for keeping my breasts prepared.

I think I had such good success last time I lactated because I had been on the bcp/dom for 5 months before pumping.
