So if you are reading this a second time I apologize. I started the protocol a few weeks ago and will start pumping in the next 10 days. I can't get hold of fenugreek on it's own and can only get fenugreek and thyme. will this be OK? Thyme is good for respiratory problems and as i'm an asthmatic I don't mind taking it. You can go to herbalcom.com and order fenugreek by itself. Have you tried calling your local health food store? Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
