Once the little guy shows up and I start to nurse him do I still pump after he eats? Will I be able to use a hand pump? Or do I just let him eat and not worry about it? I've been pumping for about two months and am getting an increase of about 1-2oz per week. This week I'm going back to 3 hour pumpings (did that for the first two weeks) to get myself more ready for our little one. Lynn Expecting our DS through surrogacy Oct. 9 2006
