You can try soaking it in a big bowl of hot water (don't burn yourself!) and 2 tablespoons of Epson salts. Soak for about 10 mintues every hour or so all day and rince. Hopefully it will open when baby nurses but if it doesn't, please see your doctor so that it can be gently opened.
