We are just now beginning the Guatemalan International Adoption process. My (bio) 29 month old was weaned 5 months ago. I've nursed all three (bio) kids. I've never pumped other than maybe a couple of very lame attempts 18 years ago with a hand pump.

I'm wondering how the best way to go about relactating is. I'm thinking it's probably a good idea to get a hospital grade pump ASAP?

Also I'm wondering what the best bottles, nipples, formula is to use when the baby gets home.
