I have breast fed my six children for over 6 years total. I have not breastfed a baby since Dec '06/Jan '07. Will it be any easier for me to breastfeed an adoptive baby? We have lost another baby and are on a waiting list.

To answer your question, I think it will be easier because you know about latching etc... You have breastfeeding experience and that is good. I am not sure that makes any difference in how much milk you produce though. Are you planning on doing any type of protocol for inducing lactation? Did you pump with any of your previous lactations?
