I am on the accelerated protocol, and preparing to start my herbs and pumping 05/31/05. I went to the health food store today to get my herbs, and the bottles had different amounts in the capsules and I wasn't sure what to get. I know I am supposed to take them 3x per day, but I do not know how many pills each time, or how many mg's are supposed to be in each pill. Can someone look at their bottles and tell me what to get? I noticed the fenugreek had fenugreek see or fenugreek extract... which one?
