HAs anyone tried using the herb "Goats Rue" while on the protocol?

Is it advisable to use it in addition to fenugreek and blessed thistle?

I used Goats Rue. I made my own capsules and added it in. I don't know that it helped or not. I think most people here have found that adding other herbs just ends up to be too time consuming. The ones that are the most effective are the fenugreek and blessed thistle along with the Dom.
