africa123 member A Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 98	I think either Yasmin in the US or Ortho in Canada (we can't get Yasmin here) is recommened because they both have higher levels of testosterone which is what is needed.... Hope this helps...

The birth control pills we recommend for the protocols contain ethinyl estradiol (estrogen) and norethindrone (progesterone). We recommend Ortho 1/35 because it has provided the most consistent results. It's available in both the US and Canada with a prescription.
