They suggested I use 1/2 tsp 3 x's a day should be the same as the 3x3 capsules I take now. Does anyone know about this before I order? If so, you don't really have to bother with the blessed thistle. It's part of the protocols because sometimes fenugreek can cause an upset stomach and the BT calms the stomach while acting as a minor milk maker. But it's not absolutely necessary. I'm so glad to know BT isn't necessary...and hubby will be glad to save a lil money as I just ordered my Limerick last week <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I've got 1 bottle of BT left, so I'll finish up with it.
