Our birth mother has changed her mind since she found out it is a boy. I don't quite see how that should make any difference, who knows? So life goes. I had been doing bcp and dom. I was already leaking milk with no stim or pumping. I need to stop the medication. How do I discontinue the dom? Can I just quit?
My husband and I are sad but we can't blame her. What a difficult choice. We were prepared for this, but it is still disapointing. We are continuing our paperwork for an overseas adoption. That we can already see will be a rollercoaster ride and maze of paperwork.

I am so sorry. That is so disappointing. As for your question you need to taper of the dom just like you worked up to the full dose. You can drop one dose right now and then maybe every 4 or 5 days drop another until you aren't taking any at all.
