I am taking 20mg 4 times a day right now. I am making about 1/2 ounce per feeding after pumping for a week. Should I think about increasing the domperidone? When do most people increase? I get it from a compounding pharmacy (my insurance covers it so I only pay $3 a month) so I'd have to get my doctor to write a new prescription. Should I have them increase to 40 mg tablets and start out taking them 3 times a day and then later can increase to 4 times a day if necessary? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I would stay with what you are taking for now. Give yourself time for your supply to increase.
