I just received my order from Inhouse of Yasmin and Domperidone recently and was wondering if I should take the Yasmin or not??

I have read on this message board that Ortho 1/35 is now recommended over Yasmin. So I have not started the protocol yet. Why is the Ortho 1/35 now being recommended over the Yasmin?

According to my doctor I am pre-menopausal, he has not put me on any hormone replacements meds and I have no menopausal symptoms with the exception of not having a period every month. I am confused and not sure what to do. We have not been matched with a birthmother so I am hoping to do the regular protocol.

Thank you for your help. smile

Some women don't have the breast changes on Yaz, so they switch to Ortho. They started just suggesting Ortho to avoid having to switch.

You can take the Yas, if after a month you have no breast changes you can switch to the ortho.

No changes will occur on Yasmin alone. You are essentially only doing half the protocol now. You count the time you are on the protocol from when you are taking both together. You should see changes within a month of that.
when do you expect to receive your Dom?

I would stop the Yaz your wasting it without your Domperidone. I would try 30 days of it. If you don't experience any changes then you can always switch to the ortho

I agree, Not having them both together is just wasting the bcp. You can pick it right back up again once you get your Dom.
