I have been on the accelerated protocol. I took the bcps for 1 week, then started Reglan (my doc won't write a script for dom, as he has never heard of it). Within 3 weeks, I had breast firmness, some tingling, and drops of liquid. After that, the breast development seemed to stagnate and the drops stopped. I remained on the protocol for for another 2 weeks, then stopped the bcp's and immediately started pumping. I have been pumping for 3 days now, with NOTHING. How long should I expect it to take for milk to show? I am still on the Reglan. I wish I could go dom, but can't, and unfortunately another doc is not an option. Any advice would be appreciated. Our baby is due anytime, and I would love to be ready.

you can order domperidone aka Motillium online without a script you can get it from In House Pharmacy or Click Remedy
Reglan is not for extended use and you need to be on something for the duration of your nursing Dom is safe to take long term.
Usually with women who have followed the bcp/dom protocol they see milk within a couple weeks sometimes even sprays.

Does anyone have the website for click remedy? I like that price, but can't seem to find it. Thanks!
