I was chatting with the LC at work today and telling her that I feel so "full" and sort of engorged when my 3 hours is up and it is time to pump, but close to nothing comes out. She thinks trying the pitocin nasal spray to help let-down might be worth a try. Any opinions/thoughts?

Sounds like a question for Dr. Newman and/or Lenore.
