Has anyone successfully induced lactation and exclusively breastfed twins? I have breastfed my 2 bio children and we recently found out the baby we are adopting has a twin! YAY!! I started the protocol 4 days ago and I think I'm doing well. I feel tired ALL the time but otherwise doing great. Babies are due first week in April. How soon should I start pumping?? Bio mom is tiny 5'2'' and around 100lbs prepreg. Her last baby was a week early. I was kinda thinking to start pumping mid Feb to make sure I have a good supply and lots frozen. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!
