I have been breastfeeding for 1 week now and baby seems satisified, most of the time. I supplement with breast milk in freezer. But I do not feel a let down, will this come with time or will it not come?

With my bio son, I didn't feel let down for a while.

I think I felt it earlier with our daughter who we adopted.

It doesn't matter if you feel it, as long as it's happening.

Not everyone feels the let down sensation, so you may or may not feel it.
HTH!
