I am on day 4 of pumping and my nipples are SOOO sore! no bleeding, no swelling, and blisters...nothing like that. Just very painful, especially when I first begin to pump. After a few minutes of pumping, the pain goes away. I am using a hospital grade medela symphony and a medela PIS (one upstairs and one downstairs as I have a 2 and 3 year old so the options makes it MUCH easier to find time to pump.) Please help!
