I am going to be following the regular protocol. I was just wondering if it is necessary to stay on the Domperidone for the entire time that I am breastfeeding. So at least a year. He said you could try weaning at that point. The last time I weaned down from 120mg to 90 mg at 11 months. I didn't totally wean off the dom until I weaned my daughter at 18 months. I did stop taking the fenugreek around 12 months. Jennifer

Snickers member S Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 29	My son is 16 months old and I am still breastfeeding and taking the Dom. 20mg x 4 a day. I'm afraid to come off of it. No side effects from the Dom. Had severe diarrhea early on.
