I increased to 120 mg a day (30 mg 4 times a day). That worked well for me.

I have read the maximum is 160 mg a day (40 mg 4 times a day).

Hi Ladies,

I have been taking BCP and dom for 3 weeks now (20mg 4x a day )
I don't seem to be experiencing a great change in my breast size, is this supposed to happen? I have the usual symptoms ie nausea, headaches and some stabbing pains in my boobs....

any advice would be greatly appreciated...
thanks
Angie

I didn't see any breast size increase until I started pumping. I didn't see it when I was pregnant either. I did great on the protocol and had a full supply for my two daughters we adopted.

I wouldn't increase the dom until you start pumping, and only if you aren't producing well after a few weeks.
