I'm in the BCP + Dom phase of the Accelerated Protocol right now. I only stopped nursing my daughter around Halloween, and have been on the protocol for two weeks now. I'm presently feeding my newborn at the breast with a Lact-Aid, and feel from the tenderness and occasional fullness that I've got the significant breast changes I'm looking for. The protocol says to be on the BCP for 30 days, but the active pills in a pack only cover 21 days. Do I stop taking BCP at the end of the pack, or do I start a new pack to take my total up to 30 days?

You would start a new pack to take you to the total of 30 active pills. You have to make the call if you are ready to stop taking the bcp's. Generally it is good to get in at least 30 days.
Good luck!
