Okay, is it true that if you use bottles to freeze milk, that something in the bottle leaks into the breastmilk? That can't be true, can it?
I know, I am full of weird questions today. See what I get for looking at other boards?

I would think that if the plastic from the bottles leak something in the milk.. then the plastic of the bag would do the same...

I still have plenty of time before I'm due to start pumping yet, but could someone please give me a contact where I can buy freezer bags to freeze my milk?
Thanks
Andria

I have been buying my freezing bags at wal mart. They cost 5.97 a box and they are made by Gerber. HTH!

Thanks for that, I'm in the UK so I'll try Tesco & Asda. Wasn't sure if they are readily available in supermarkets or if people bought them online. Will try and see where I can get them from!
Thanks again
Andria

Dawn,
I also read somewhere that something leaches out of glass bottles and plastic should be used! Who knows...how is the baby doing? Cathy

Hi, Cathy!
The baby is doing great! He is already growing. Even though he still seems so small, he cheeks are getting fatter, and he seems bigger than he was. Both the kids have a Dr's appt tomorrow, so I will be finding out how much Jeran gained, and how much Daphne weighs now, too.
Daphne used to seem so small, but after Jeran came home, she seems huge! We just had Daphne's third birthday party yesterday. Her birthday was actually Nov 19th, but we were back in Illinois on her birthday, so the party was delayed. She didn't mind! She had a blast! And Jeran was passed around to everyone, of course! He fell asleep in my sister's arms, and she insisted on putting him in the bassinett herself. She is getting married Oct 2004, and I think she is wanting babies already.
Thanks for asking about us! I was really disappointed to read that you might not be bringing Ana home until 12-18 months of age? That is really hard. How are you and your family holding up? I also read you are trying to talk your dh into trying domestically again. Good Luck! I hope you talk him into it! Let me know if you want info on advertising, etc. Adoption.com/ParentProfiles.com worked great for us, and if it weren't for them, we would have our ds!

Dawn! I cried when I saw the picture of your little ones. They are so beautiful. Is your baby biracial or hispanic? I can't tell.. picture is to small <img src="http://www.asklenore.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/frown.gif" alt="" />

Thank you, everyone! I love that picture, and just had to have it as my avatar. It's my avatar on Fertile Thoughts, too.
Yes, both my children are biracial, with a C BM and AA BF. Jeran still looks pretty white, but I am sure he will get some color at some point. He looks a lot like Daphne did at his age, but then, I think it's common for babies to look similar, so who knows what he will look like when he's bigger.
No matter who they might look like, they are beautiful to me.
