<Note: I posted this same question on the 'medical interventions' forum, since I'm not sure which one gets more traffic.>

I started the protocol (Yasmin & Dom) and have just reached my full dose of dom (80 mg/day) a few days ago. At what point should my breasts start to grow noticeably? They are starting to feel tender (about like during the second half of my menstrual cycle), but I don't notice any other changes yet.

Just curious to hear from others who have done this -- what was your experience?

Thanks, and Happy New Year everyone!

Hi Rita,

It typically takes about 2 weeks to notice changes but that varies from mother to mother. Those with larger breasts tend to notice less of a difference but as long as you follow the guide to the protocols, things should happen.

Best, Lenore
