I am pre menapause and i have been on hormone patch (combi patch 50/140) for over a year now. i have ordered Dom from inhouse pharmacy and have been pumping for about 3 weeks. i was wondering if i need to be on the yasmin since i have been on hormone patch. should i just start taking Dom or take Dom and yasmin together like protocol calls for?

I would get either the yasmin or ortho 1/35. The patch will not work with the domperidone. You need to do atleast 30 days on it. Longer if you can.
