Hello all,

I was just noticing how many raspberry plants I have shooting up all over the place. I read that raspberry tea is suppose to increase your milk supply.

Any one tried that? what about fresh leaves? How does one make the tea?

any input is appreciated

Raspberry is a tricky one. I can boost your supply or it can have the opposite effect and start drying up your supply. I think I would avoid it since your not sure which way it would work on you.
