SWT,

I highly recommend the lact-aid. I used the medela supplement and didn't like it at all. With the lact- aid you can keep your baby at breast, he gets the milk from you and the lact-aid and you are stimulated each time so that your body produces more milk. I have a lactina pump ( medela)and it's ok, but I have heard raves about the limerick PJ.

Don't give up.. IT may take you a few months to get a good supply going. But it will definetly be worth it.


Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk smile
