Ok so I have a almost 3 month old (she will be 3 months on the 9th) and I was wanting to get my milk supply back, I breastfeed for 2 weeks then quit and now i want to get it back so I want all the help that you can give me....I really appreciate it, I jsut bought a latch assist to try to get her to latch on because before she had to have a nipple shield and I would LOVE it if I can get by wothout it this time!! thanks

Do you have pump? A double electric pump like a medela pump in style is great. Some insurance will cover a breast pump. Pump a minimum of every 3 hours and once at night. Take Domperidone/Motillum and add in Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle herbs.

What is a latch assist?


Mom of bio kids Joel 22, Elliot 19, Marya 13 and Talitha 5 (adopted from Haiti at age 10 months) Hoping for a match with an infant under a year from Children's Services starting in early 2009.
